For over a decade, Ta Juana Tang has developed, implemented and enforced EEO and Affirmative Action programs, plans and policies throughout the Chicago region. Working in tandem with both public and private firms, her work is regarded by Ward Aldermen, her client-base and peers.
Her experience has given her the opportunity to network and develop relationships with industry leaders, including Ward Alderman, corporate executives, developers, architects, general contractors, subcontractors and others.
As the former Director of Compliance and Community Relations for a top general contracting firm in Chicago, Ta Juana Tang’s expertise spans all facets of compliance, county to county, ward to ward. Her efforts leveraged the general contractor above what is normally expected in the realm of compliance, and earned the firm the honor of being named Contractor of the Year by the Coalition for United Community Action-ORTC, Inc.
